BOARD CHAIRMAN
Venerable (Rev.) Anthony Morkehchie Eiwuley is a distinguished clergyman of the Anglican Church in Ghana, renowned for his spiritual leadership, administrative excellence, and extensive contributions to both ecclesiastical and secular institutions.
Currently, he serves as the Provincial Secretary of the Church of the Province of West Africa (Anglican Communion), where he plays a pivotal role in governance and coordination across the province. He is also the Archdeacon of Tema Central in the Anglican Diocese of Tema, providing pastoral oversight, and the Director of Programmes, spearheading strategic initiatives for the diocese.
Before his current appointments, Venerable Eiwuley was the Director of Finance for the Anglican Diocese of Accra, ensuring sound financial management, and the Chief Executive Officer of Trans-Continental Financial Services Ltd, where he demonstrated strong corporate leadership.

A highly educated professional, Venerable Eiwuley holds a Master of Laws (LLM-ADR) from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics with Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Combining his theological calling with legal, economic, and managerial expertise, Venerable Eiwuley remains a transformative leader in both the Anglican Church and the broader Ghanaian society.

Mr. Benson Adjei is a seasoned Project, Program, and Portfolio Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing development projects that deliver sustainable impact on poverty and underdevelopment in less developed countries. With a strong background in business consulting and enterprise risk management, he excels at integrating agile methods to ensure highly impactful and cost-effective project outcomes for stakeholders.
Benson is currently the Technical Advisor, Digital Transformation for Inclusive Entrepreneurship in Ghana (DTEG) Project, German Development Cooperation (GIZ Ghana). He is leading the Digital Skills Empowerment for more than 5,000 small businesses; spearheading National Digital Event to celebrate progress in digital innovation; leveraging the power of radio for digital inclusion among others.
He was previously the CEO and Co-Founder of Centre for Social Innovations and before then the Executive Director, GBO Ghana (Affiliate of Global Brigades Inc., USA).
Benson is the holder of a Master of Science (MSc.) in Business Consulting & Enterprise Risk Management – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST); Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Agricultural Sciences – University of Cape Coast; Project Management Professional (PMP)® – Project Management Institute (PMI), USA; Advanced Professional Certificate in Managing Development in Rural Regions – Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Germany and a Consulting Member, Institute of Management Consultants and Master Coaches of South Africa (IMCSA)
He has also contributed to thought leadership by being a frequent speaker, presenter and participant at local and international development forums.
Benson is deeply committed to leveraging technology, innovation, and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable socio-economic transformation in Africa. His work focuses on empowering marginalized communities, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting inclusive growth.

S. Kwaku Asare Badu, Esq. is a distinguished Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Chartered Insurer, Land Economist, Author, and Philanthropist. With a rare blend of legal acumen, corporate leadership, and real estate expertise, he has built an exceptional career spanning law, insurance, realty and social impact.
He was called to the bar in 2017 but has spent most of his career in the insurance industry, where he worked sedulously to become an Executive Director, Acting Managing Director and served as board member and board secretary.
He holds BSc Land Economy (KNUST), MBA (Finance), Bachelor of Laws – LL.B (First Class Honours) both from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Professional Law (Qualifying) Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, Diploma and Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, (ACII), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Ghana (ACIIG).
A lifelong learner, he has participated in international seminars and professional programmes to stay at the forefront of law, insurance, real estate, among others.
S. Kwaku Asare is also a member of both the Ghana Bar Association and International Bar Association.
Being passionate about the needs of widows, less privileged children and deprived communities, he founded SKAB Foundation to collaborate with other partners to change lives across the country.
He is also the founder and majority shareholder of SKAB Properties Ltd., SKAB Innova Ltd., and a board member of SKAB Global Ltd.
S. Kwaku Asare combines his diverse expertise to contribute to legal, socio-economic, environmental and other discourse through writing.
Through his legal practice, businesses, and foundation, he remains committed to ethical leadership, sustainable development, and transformative philanthropy in Ghana and beyond.

Francis Baffour-Asare is a dynamic business leader and entrepreneur currently serving as the Managing Director of SKAB Global Ltd., an emerging import and export company with a growing global footprint. Under his visionary leadership, the company is expanding its reach and establishing a strong presence in international trade.
With a background in corporate operations, Francis previously worked with Voltic Ghana, where he honed his expertise in business management and strategic planning. Beyond SKAB Global Ltd., he contributes his leadership acumen as a board member of SKAB Innova and SKAB Properties Ltd., driving innovation and growth across multiple ventures.
Francis holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon, blending his scientific training with sharp business insight. Alongside his professional pursuits, he is deeply passionate about social impact, particularly in supporting underprivileged children through education and empowerment initiatives.
